When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and request language. The server may also process technical data such as your IP address temporarily to limit abuse and protect the service.

This page explains what data we process when you send an enquiry or project request and what we use that information for.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to receive, answer and manage the request you submit. When you ask for information or a proposal related to a possible service, processing may be necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Basic security and abuse-prevention measures rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Technical providers
Data may be processed by technical providers strictly required to host the website, provide email delivery or maintain the infrastructure. We do not use contact-form data to send advertising without a separate lawful basis.
Retention
We keep the information for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry. If the request leads to a contractual relationship or legal obligations, the necessary information may be retained for the corresponding legal periods.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability of your data by writing to info@cecolab.cat. We may request additional information where necessary to verify the identity of the requester.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data is not being processed appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Automated decisions
The CECO Lab contact form does not use your data for profiling or automated decisions that produce effects on you.
This policy may be updated if the form, technical providers or the way CECO Lab actually processes personal data changes.
